start an easy practice, hold the ball with your hands and place it on your foot.

hold the ball on your feet for a while then flick it up and catch it with your hands

repeat step 2 till you master it
step 4
once you mastered step 2 put your foot on the ball then quickly move your foot backwards to put enough pressure on the ball to make it roll backwards on your feet
step 5
keep holding and get ready for the next move
